Provide support and technical assistance to the internal sales and project management teams on multiple DIRTT projects to meet required schedules. Provide 2D and 3D client & shop drawing / renderings and quotes for new and reconfiguration projects including all product documentation and deliverables. Review, interpret and manage the technical details of projects – COM hardware, Power & Data, Specialized Products, Custom Items, etc. Manage the client information and prepare order details and analyze deficiencies. Review all quotes, drawings, and orders for completeness and accuracy.

Worked directly with DIRTT Partners to review and confirm manufacturing specifications and design solutions, using ICE & AutoCAD software. Supported partners in product technical knowledge, solution verifications, and order entry processes. Created casework shop drawings for DIRTT Partner client approvals, and the DIRTT manufacturing process to assure detailed specifications were understood and ready to be manufactured, within established time frame.

Responsible for designing custom refrigerated salad and hot food service bars for Kroger, Earth Fare, Whole Foods, etc. Working with a team of in-house sales, engineering and purchasing agents, I developed inventive designs (based on an in-depth understanding of client needs), created 3D visual sales models that were presented to the customer, and then followed the in-house manufacturing process to assure quality design and customer satisfaction.
