Established quarterly portfolio reviews measuring product health through SLAs, TCO, OKRs and future-facing roadmaps across 44 service portfolios and 240 business offerings, • Worked alongside senior leadership to identify, prioritize and translate IT vision and strategy to business-aligned objectives and key results assessed through OKRs/KPIs as part of an IT Balanced Scorecard. Established governance patterns for CIO progress updates across 40 Strategic programs.• Co-authored, implemented IT demand management and prioritization processes for 1,800+ people resources. 260 concurrent active programs and projects across annual $220M capital + $460M in expense.• Developed and led a two-year cross-functional program to align capital and operating expense planning, portfolio management and plan targets. In 2021, the program resulted in a more than 400 percent reduction in plan overages. • Led a company-wide program to replace Service Management tooling and implement ITIL Service Management policy and process across all Cerner support organizations. Leadership included reporting to CIO, COO and Vice Presidents impacted, as well as 8,000 associates and 65 business units.• Drove adoption of standard project management tooling (Clarity PPM), including the creation and adoption of PMO best practices across four organizations and 1800 people through the creation and facilitation of tailored training plans. Program impacts across 40 product owners, 150 project managers and 40 executives. Managed program to on-time deliverables, including initial sprint delivered within 8 weeks

- Developed a new service offering for clients targeted at improving workflow adoption through advanced training and technology advancement. Achieved $7M increase in support revenue and the creation of a reference client for Cerner. Work was recognized by senior leadership across Cerner with the Cerner Masters Award, given to 100 people per year across 25,000-person company.- Managed the transition of over 50 Cerner’s medical device solutions from traditional technical installations to Cerner’s Model Experience methodology. In this model, Clients leveraged optimized recommendations for CareAware EHR integration with medical devices resulting in improved outcomes and increased efficiency for Cerner clients.- Successfully led the Consulting organization through ISO compliance audits resulting in zero non-conformances over 3 years. Established audit preparation standards inclusive of pre-audit compliance checks and Leadership working sessions to proactively assess non-conformance risk and corrective actions.

- Led the mid-west Cerner Imaging consulting team practice for new product lines for RIS-PACS and Cardiology imaging solutions. Effectively managed a team of 10 consultants and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participated in RFP responses and sales proposals. Worked closely with the product development team to obtain early adopter feedback and prioritize enhancements.- Co-developed and implemented Product Lifecycle discipline for emerging solutions to ensure adherence to Cerner standards for code quality, sales support, implementation, and client support.
