My strong problem-solving abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, have consistently proven instrumental in fostering positive and productive environments. I am the developer and facilitator of "Getting Comfortable with Proactivity", a program that provides training and support aimed at enhancing efficiency in the realm of proactive outbound calling. The program offers continuous support to ensure that individuals can apply the learned skills effectively in their roles contributing to better customer relationships and overall performance. I am a dedicated individual with a passion for empowering others. My commitment to helping people and enhancing their confidence is at the core of who I am. This passion fuels my drive and serves as a guiding principle in my personal and professional life.I established "Liam's Light", a charity affiliated with Sickkids Hospital that has raised over $680,000 for pediatric organ transplant research. Our organization supports a range of initiatives aimed at improving the lives of patients and their families. I was honored to be a selected representative for the 2023 World Diversity in Leadership Conference, where I shared and collaborated with others my insights on climate change and mental health.
