This role required me to send out letters to prospective volunteers, using Word. I was also responsible for maintaining publicity material which developed my organisational skills. I undertook a 15 minute course on CRB Administration organised by the charity.

As a data clerk I would maintain and retrieve information. Archiving of paper based files was the main job. This required me to be extremely accurate in my work. Other work included scanning, filing, typing up of documents, using Word, Outlook and Excel and working amongst people with Learning Difficulties and Special needs.
