I’m the Communications Manager and lead for Population Health Improvement within the ICB. These include prevention and health inequalities projects under the change and transformation agenda. This campaign achieved over 400 clickthrough conversions, media pick up, as well as being very well received by experts internally and externally.• Prevention and health inequalities campaign using paid for digital, content marketing, events and marketing. • Successful development of a new HI event with around 100 delegates in attendance. The event is a finalist in The RCGP awards for collaboration and change. • Narrowing the gap inequalities campaigns – utilising a multi-channel digital campaign aligned to strategic aims using blogs, podcast and articles targeting residents and stakeholders. • NHS mental health campaigns for the NHS in mid and South Essex and part of launch team for website, which has achieved over 2,000 training completions and participation of over 100 webinar delegates.•
