Assistant to Owner/President/Vice President, Project Managers and Estimators in all aspects of commercial construction including, but not limited to generation of estimates, owner contract review and coordination providing language/negotiation recommendations to senior management, subcontract agreements, RFP's, RFI's, change orders, etc. Provide marketing of firm through design and implementation of company website, preparation of AIA and Company pre-qualification statements, brochures and written and verbal communication with current clients and perspective new clients. Responsible for subcontractor insurance, owner required insurance including application and status management of Builder’s Risk coverage, bid bonds and payment and performance bonds. Oversees the production of all operation/maintenance and warranty manuals for submittal to owners/architects. Responsible for contractor licensing for all city/county jurisdictions within Colorado and Kansas. Provide permitting and submittal assistance to Project Management staff for all state and local municipalities including building, engineering, SWMP, water, and Xcel Energy, etc. Acting as interim Safety Coordinator including implementation of Company Safety Program including researching safety issues and laws, OSHA compliance, presentations at quarterly safety meetings, etc. Provide travel arrangements for management staff for out of state projects.Responsible for management of the office including on-call security/fire alarm contact, maintaining employee database/key card distribution, on-site computer maintenance (i.e. virus control, software updates etc.), IT coordination with outside IT vendor, supply ordering, office equipment management of contract/leases/purchases/maintenance, responsible for company recycling program, etc.

•Volunteer College Recruiting Assistant Provided education and training to team and parents on college recruiting, created and maintained team marketing profile sheets and acted as a liaison between players, team coaches and college coaches. Assisted in the successful recruiting of 14 out of 18 team members, signed to JUCO, NAIA, D3, D2 and D1 NCAA teams. •Volunteer Team Manager/Travel CoordinatorPlanned and coordinated all travel for approximately 16-19 players, 2 chaperones and 2 coaches to a minimum of 3 national tournaments annually to include hotels, air, rental vehicles, food, etc. Managed team roster and all paperwork for 8-10 tournaments annually.

Led runners twice a week on short and long distance runs including road running and trail running. Short runs usually consisted of 5-6 miles leaving from the club facilities with long runs ranging from 8-11 miles off-site trail running. Duties also included safety training certification, CPR certification, club client customer service, etc.

Direct assistant to Vice President of Colorado Area Office. Assisted staff of approximately five estimators for a heavy highway contractor specializing in roads, bridges, and light rail including soliciting subcontractor and material suppliers and turning in hard bids within the western to central United States. Also in charge of office management. Kasler Corporation was purchased by Washington Corporation and all area offices were closed.

Assisted staff of approximately 12 estimators in all areas of construction from larger building projects to waste water treatment plants. Responsible for typing and solicitation of all estimates including bid bonds and tracking estimates on a national level. Also provided all travel arrangements for entire estimating department and worked directly with the Vice President of Estimating as his assistant. Green International, Inc. was owned by an Australian holding company that decided not to pursue the United States market any longer and closed the company. Kasler Corp. then hired the Vice President of Estimating from Green International, Inc. and I went to work for him at Kasler.
