At Suburban Wholesale Lighting, where I worked from April 2006 to June 2023, I held various roles that demanded extensive interaction with both customers and suppliers. My responsibilities began with front desk duties—answering phones, processing payments, resolving order issues, and setting appointments. As my role expanded, I took on showroom sales, guiding homeowners and contractors in selecting the right products for their projects, managing order entries, and coordinating deliveries. Additionally, I regularly corresponded with customers via email to address product questions and order revisions, and collaborated with my colleagues and factory representatives to review and promote new display fixtures.Beyond my professional life, I have the invaluable experience of being a mother of two and a lifetime partner with my husband since 1976. These roles have ingrained in me patience, adaptability, and the importance of building strong, lasting relationships. Nature is a continuous source of inspiration for me, offering fresh perspectives. My love for discovering trails and arboretums in our local area has deepened my appreciation for the beauty and complexity of the world around us. I am passionate about improving and beautifying my environment, whether through gardening or enhancing my workspace. Finally, I am an avid reader and find great joy in attending concerts and visiting art exhibits.
