Developed and managed the implementation of social performance objectives and standards across the company, including all exploration, projects, operations, rehabilitation and functional areas. Responsibilities included:- Facilitated workshops and prepared social management plans for Australian exploration, projects, operations and rehabilitation sites.- Provided guidance on implementation of social management plans.- Supported sites, projects and functions in the planning process associated with social performance matters including timelines, reporting and risk mitigation.- Prepared social performance content for internal and external stakeholders, including Annual Report, Board reports, website content and marketing material for industry publications. - Reviewed social impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans for Major Projects to ensure alignment with social performance system.- Preparation of internal communication tools, research and materials to enhance awareness of social responsibility across senior management and Executive.- Revised social performance systems and where required, developed new systems, to manage Iluka's social licence to operate and ensure all activities were conducted in a collaborative, transparent and consistent manner.- Conducted social perception surveys across all Australian operations and rehabilitation sites. - Coordinated annual economic contribution studies across all Australian operations, projects and exploration sites, international project sites and sales and marketing offices.- Experience with International Council for Mining and Metals Sustainable Development Principles, Global Reporting Initiative, International Finance Corporation's Environmental and Social Performance Standards, Equator Principles, ESG Reporting requirements.
