Project Engineer for Petrofac Project - FPF1 & Anasuria

Surface Insulation Management (SIM) within Oceaneering Asset Integrity division is targeted at external coatings maintenance and management.We currently work with Operators to build and maintain databases that provide a cost effective solution to the maintenance and execution of valuable Fabric Maintenance Work Scopes.

Transferred to BP Luanda for the supervision and direction of a team of ACET/CAD personnel for Oceaneering Asset Integrity division on Block 18 & 31.Ensure productivity and targets for the ACET Team personnel are in place and met whilst ensuring that the high standards of Oceaneering Asset Integrity Databases are standardised across regions.• Managing the data and users for Block 18 & 31.• Managing the development of CAD isometric drawings for pipework and vessels.• Providing quality checks on data input / CAD drawings as required.• Providing weekly progress and KPI reports on team productivity to the Client.• Acting as the focal point for all ACET related projects.

Responsible for the supervision and direction of a multi-national team of ACET/CAD personnel for all Oceaneering AGT Project Teams. Ensure productivity and targets for the ACET Team personnel are in place and met.• Managing the data for 10 ACET Databases for AGT .• Managing the development of CAD isometric drawings for pipework and vessels.• Providing quality checks on data input / CAD drawings as required.• Providing weekly progress and KPI reports on team productivity to the Client.• Acting as the focal point for all ACET related projects.

Responsible for the co-ordination of multi cultural personnel across three interior sites ensuring that the client’s requirements are fulfilled as per contract.

Responsible for the QA/QC of deferments, Reporting on figures for Oil Production and Water Injection and short term forecasting of production for four North Sea Assets.

Subcontracted to the inspection team within Shell complex in Aberdeen. Dealing directly with the installation and onshore NDT operations to ensure that daily inspection activities were performed in accordance with SAP and the Inspection Quality System (IQS). ACET Database Super User for the Central Inspection Unit.

Responsible for the day to day management of the recruitment function for the Inspection & NDT division of the company.
