I've been in the dental industry since 1985 and working on the customer service / sales side since 2003.I am familiar with the JD Edwards computer software as well as AcPac, Siebel , Excel, Word. I currently work as rep support. I help reps with office openings and consumable set ups for new dental practices as well as work closely with our vendor partners in all aspects of dental sales. I support the management team as a liason between the managers and sales team and product support. I have trained new csr's in our operational/live online system and customer service duties. I worked in the dental office as a dental assistant, front end and office manager.
