Manage the industrious release schedule to balance the customers' requirements while maintaining a rapport with the Operations, Quality Assurance and Development teams. Manage a team of content specialist that manipulate all incoming content for purchase by the service's customers, ensuring all new releases are available on a weekly basis. Create business requirement sets to support internal and external financial reporting needs and an interface for distributing the reports. Work with release management team to create and schedule all maintenance operating procedure as required by the release schedule. Participated in the discovery and communication of all bugs related to the service and its related features. Compose training materials and conduct training for the customer's internal administrative tool in support of the service.

During my tenure with MCI I have had increasingly more responsible positions. Supervised a cost savings project between the LEC and MCI valuing just over 1 million a month. This project's process/SLA agreement requires constant attention to ensure the necessary savings are realized in the most efficient manner. This project provided weekly status/savings reports that detail the weekly progress of the 17 engineers it employs. Previously, responsible for the delivery of monthly targets of up to 1500 t1 level circuits a month, through management of a team consisting of 5 engineers. Determined shortfalls in processes and implemented process improvements amongst peer departments, to include planning, translations, OSC and operations to shorten the standard service level agreement by 2 days. Total ownership in selecting and designing optimal paths, program managing orders through test and acceptance, and managed affiliate expectations. Continued to monitor installation schedules to ensure all deadlines are met, as well as, ensure circuits are tested and accepted by affiliates in a timely manner
