• Maintenance and updating of personnel records
• Recruitment (advertising vacancies, collation of CVs, setting up and conducting of interviews, offers of employment and follow up paperwork)
• Induction of new employees
• Training and development (provide full on the job training to new and existing employees)
• Assessing individual employee needs and assigning relevant training
