Manage the Vanderbilt Therapeutics Clinical Research Site (VTCRS) which is one of 47 domestic and 23 international sites that is part of the AIDS Clinical Trials Groups (ACTG) network sites at the One Hundred Oaks location. Managed a team of 150+ Registered nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides, Sitters, and Care Partners. Collaborated with physicians to develop a plan of care for the patients. Participated in the CQI process and in community education.
