Currently working in a Physician Informatics Epic Training and Support role. Training and Support is provided in the classroom, physician offices, in all hospital facilities under the WellSpan umbrella, as well as via phone on the Physician Epic Support line. Previous to this position, I was in the Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer role and with Epic Certification in the Ambulatory application. In that role I was writing curricula, providing classroom training, and providing end-user support in the Epic Ambulatory application. I have 30 years experience in the healthcare field as a Respiratory Therapist and hold RRT and CPFT credentials. Experience in this field includes ICU, NICU, general floors, PFT/Pulmonary Physiology Lab, Home Healthcare, and clinical instruction in both classroom and clinical areas. I have a BS degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
