• Provide color/material direction for all women’s product categories for five seasons each calendar year.• Work with creative team headed by Creative Director, Gordon Thompson, to develop the creative direction for each season.• Direct color and material process for the women’s footwear line from initial prototype through sales samples. • Attend PV, Linea Pele and other key industry trade shows as well as develop materials with the Cole Haan team in Italy, Brazil, China and India in accordance with the season’s creative direction. • Serve as liaison between design and product development teams in helping to create and coordinate the development calendar and monitor the progress of materials and trims from first prototype through production

• Helped launch the G Series footwear and handbag lines. • Assisted the Head Designer in creating the look and feel of the line by helping choose the seasonal colors and materials.

• Managed and coordinated all Michael Kors & Kors accessories including footwear, handbags, belts, sunglasses and watches• Liaison between all departments within Michael Kors: women's & men's rtw, licensing, marketing & sales• Worked closely with Creative Director of accessories, as well as designers through entire design process: initial design concepts, 1st protos, final samples & production• Communicated daily with overseas licensees and factories• Traveled globally to assure product & design quality standards and procure sourcing materials at leather shows
