My practice focuses on working with clients who want to resolve family issues in an out-of-court setting. These issues include, prenuptial agreements, separation and divorce, custody and parenting access and the equitable distribution of property and debt. I work remotely and in person. While most family and matrimonial cases settle without a trial, the process of settlement can greatly impact the parties' lives and the lives of their children. My goal is to work as productively as possible and to support principled negotiations based upon the facts and the circumstances of my clients. I believe that settlements achieved in the mediation or collaborative law process can be more creative and better meet the best interest of the family.
