I am passionate about helping people in the Veterinary Profession protect, maintain, and promote their mental health, so they can enjoy a meaningful career and personal life. As an experienced Veterinarian and Counsellor, I have a deep understanding of the the joys and challenges that are often encountered by vets, nurses, receptionists, managers, and employers.Dr Kathryn James and I have established Veterinary Vitality, a Counselling and Wellbeing service to help the veterinary community 'drop the struggle and regain their mojo'.

Experience gained providing counselling services to the Veterinary community.Grief counselling for clients that have lost their beloved pet.

I established this small-animal practice in 1998 and was the owner and lead Veterinarian until 2017.On selling the practice I was the Veterinary Director for two years, and currently work in the clinic part-time.I still really enjoy the clinical work, and now I am also using the experience and insight I have gained into the profession, to help people that are experiencing difficulties personally or professionally to 'drop the struggle and regain their mojo'.
