Program Planning Control Analyst Lead

• Provide direct special project and administrative management support to the Operations Vice President, Divisional Senior Vice President, Division Managers, Program Managers, and all team members• Coordinate calendar items such as meetings and schedule appointments between program management, customer personnel, and outside parties, reserving conference rooms as needed• Review all outgoing correspondence ensuring that it follows the Naval Correspondence Manual.• Produce and distribute meeting related correspondence and assist with meeting minutes• Prepare travel arrangements through the Alion Travel System, and submit claims for upper management.• Submit clearance information through the SIMs System to ensure visit requests are up-to-date for all employees, and follow up with the company visiting to ensure the visit request was there.• Serve as meeting coordinator, following up on pending details, coordinating program team activities, and ensuring deadlines are met• Coordinate all Participating Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM) Reviews, and related briefings - Coordinates meeting facilities, equipment, production of meeting related deliverables, presentations and briefing packages, and facilitate meeting execution• Prepare PowerPoint briefings for the Operations Vice President and Divisional Senior Vice President• Provide timesheet management oversight for over 300 employees; ensuring timely completion and adherence to corporate policy
