Deborah Weinstein is Founder and President of The Weinstein Firm, an employment law boutique helping employers with employee relations, training, investigations, litigation and compliance. She has represented businesses, government entities, law firms and nonprofits in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, defending employment matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, wrongful discharge, terminations, and employment agreements. She provided expert witness reports on employer practices.For 19 years, she taught employment law at the Wharton Business School’s Department of Legal Studies and Business Ethics. She created the course, The Law at Work: Employment Law for Managers.Ms. Weinstein is former Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Board of Governors and Editor-in-Chief of the The Philadelphia Lawyer magazine. In 2007, The Conference Board published Ms. Weinstein's book, "Putting Experience to Work: A Guide to Navigating Legal and Management Issues Relating to a Mature Workforce."
