Provide academic and social/emotional guidance and counseling to a caseload of 160 elementary school students as well as their parents. Provide bi-weekly lessons on social/emotional topics such as personal space and bullying. Supervise the cafeteria and playground to assist with students who are struggling with friendship, family, behavior or other issues. Serve as a resource to the classroom teachers.

Provide support to teachers, students, and parents participating in educational travel by greeting each group at the airport upon arrival and departure. Help incoming travelers find baggage and connect with their tour bus and guide. Make travel efficient for outbound passengers by obtaining boarding passes, prearranging baggage check procedures for the group, and reviewing TSA procedures. Work with airline staff to rebook passengers in case of flight delay or cancellation

Provide academic, career and personal/social guidance and counseling services to a caseload of 250 high school students. Serve as system administrator and primary contact for the school’s student data system. Customize student data system, write documentation, train staff in all system use, and serve as technological support for staff members. Build master schedule and schedule all high school students. Import data into and serve as technical support for Naviance, the school’s guidance system.
