As well as conitnuning to grow A1 IT Web Design and in response to many supporters the company is now running Open GetWorking. Run by Networkers for Networkers we are offering quality business networking without large membership fees. This means we can attract a much wider audience and help them find valuable business contacts and support within budget.

Whilst developing A1 IT Web Design to be a highly recommended and stable comany, I also built 4N Thanet and over eighteen months it became to the top performeing 4N group in Kent.

In 2008 I worked as technical lead during the implementation of a Microsoft SharePoint 2007 project for Pfizer, delivering a global portal for the operations division. My responsibilities included:• Participation in the design and structure of the portal.• Liaison with customer departments and senior management relating to the portal design and the creation and provision of a support structure both during the portal development and after its’ launch.• Technical implementation of the portal front-end using Microsoft SharePoint Designer.• Design, implementation and configuration of web parts, both standard and custom.• Creation of training materials and the delivery of training to nominated site administrators both in the UK and the US.• I was the primary point of contact for all design and support issues.The portal was successfully launched in November 2008 and is now the principal environment for the Division’s information sharing and collaboration requirements.

•Leading site operational performance measurement activities, direct input and/or oversight of performance measures •Collecting, analysing and reporting performance data to identify actual results, target/ budget variances and trends and forecasts. •Working with functional leads to develop consistent data collection processes for colleague and vendor-performed services. •Overseeing adherence to the departmental colleague performance management processes and schedules.•Working with the Site Finance Analyst on the annual budgeting process and monthly variance analyses and leading the execution of GO financial management processes and the use of associated tools. •Facilitating the site leadership team talent planning and development agenda and driving People Strategy for the site. •Liaising with operations Analysts from other GO PGRD sites to share best practices, developing common processes and providing assistance/ expertise as applicable.

As a full time and contractor I fulfilled many roles in Pfizer. All IT related and was invloved in some large and crucial projects not least of which was the global delivery of the Information Protection Program which was led out of Sandwich UK
