Worked with senior executives to develop the stakeholder management approach, and communications & engagement plan, for a global programme to standardise ways of working across 60 global supply chains with outsourced supply:o Designed and delivered a programme of education and communication activities to engage leaders, customers and impacted staff.o Coached the Vice president, the Programme Sponsor and Programme Manager in change management and what they needed to do as change leaders. o Established and coached the ‘people change team’ bringing together communication, training, organisation design and change disciplines. o Facilitated the Leadership Team to formulate their vision for the future through the development of a ‘conceptual’ organisation design that would align roles to the newly defined business processes and achieve a 10% headcount reduction.
