This is my primary role at Harco. I support the Sr. VP and other c-level executives with travel coordination, calendar management, expense reporting, budget planning assistance, industry trade show and general meeting coordination, accounting tasks, call screening and customer service. I am also the administrator of the corporate Am Ex card, Fed Ex account, Iron Mt. account, and have past experience as a company vehicle fleet manager. Additionally, I assist the HR Manager with employee meeting coordination, interview appointments, helping employees with benefits and work related questions, and general clerical tasksIn both roles I handle highly confidential matters professionally and discreetly.

This job has been by far the biggest challenge in my career, yet one that I enjoy. For the most part I was given the basic concept of how licensing works and had to learn on my own as I proceeded in handling the task. This is a role I handle concurrent with my other roles.We utilize Vertafore G2 for our database, but I created a macro driven Excel database that I find more useful. With the click of button I can view upcoming renewals for a certain month, one individual's complete snapshot (licenses held & status, CE requirements, courses completed & compliance status), everyone licensed in a certain state, all home states, etc.In March 2013 I started assisting further with compliance issues by learning how to update Harco's library of policy forms and endorsements through ISOnet.
