In recent years I have built a multifaceted corporate, board and C-suite advisory portfolio, including as a founder and co-founder of two pioneering coaching consultancies and with the boutique corporate finance advisory firm and IMAP member Assay Advisory (licensed by Shirlaws Group). My earlier career includes serving as an equity shareholder and director on a City PLC board at Devonshire Group, and several years setting up and running Devonshire’s ISR award-winning search firm subsidiary, Mantaray Partners, as MD. This now allows me to protect shareholder interests by leveraging my deep understanding of world-class equity value growth models. Across organisations and client groups, I mitigate risk and maximise asset value, while embedding rigorous corporate governance at the heart of all operations and drive initiatives to revitalise corporate health and resilience. With a proven track record transforming board and C-suite performance, I utilise high-impact psychology-based coaching and IP methodologies to help ensure transparent and consistent messaging, unify dysfunctional boards and bring clarity and accountability to strategic planning.Additionally, my reputation as an open, inclusive and supportive coach, mentor and business partner allows me to nurture trusted relations with stakeholders and investors, steer succession planning and position myself as a passionate champion for women in business and EDI agendas.
