My earlier career includes serving as an equity shareholder and director on a City PLC board at Devonshire Group, and several years setting up and running Devonshire’s ISR award-winning search firm subsidiary, Mantaray Partners, as MD. This now allows me to protect shareholder interests by leveraging my deep understanding of world-class equity value growth models. Across organisations and client groups, I mitigate risk and maximise asset value, while embedding rigorous corporate governance at the heart of all operations and drive initiatives to revitalise corporate health and resilience.
