My role here saw me responsible for working collaboratively with the real estate team, assist with the coordination of marketing and promotion of sales listings. I provided high level administrative assistance to the sales team and property managers I was responsible for coordinating the redesign of company website and accurate maintenance of company records including sales ledgers. I coordinated the marketing of and attendance to open home presentations and set up meetings on site with clients to conduct property inspections.

In this role I was responsible for developing positive relationships with teachers, students, parents and school staff. Working in consultation with teaching staff to review, support and identify the needs of students with learning difficulties and how best to structure their learning.I formulated and developed new approaches and comprehensive strategies for improvement of learning experiences. My commitment to continuous professional development is illustrated by my desire to maintain and update knowledge in all aspects of education and learning.

In my 16 years of service in New South Wales Police Force I performed various roles including supervisor of a police team, Management Team member, weapons and defensive tactics trainer, first aid instructor, driving instructor and subject coordinator. As the officer in charge I supervised the activities of subordinates and delegated and assigned work duties including acting as a mentor to junior team members.I have a strong focus on education and ensured staff remained up to date with career development and education with the delivery of subjects within the Associate Degree in Policing Practice. I had the responsibility of Occupational Health and Safety Representative within the police force, ensuring a safe workplace for all staff members. I facilitated ongoing training to educate peers, community members and groups on a wide range of legislation, policies and guidelines.
