Such relationships include CIGNA, CVS/Aetna, Stanley Black & Decker, UCONN Health, Hartford Healthcare, Trinity Health, Women & Infants Hospital, Baystate Health, Yale-New Haven Health, Nutmeg Financial Credit Union, JLL, Building and Land Technology, Pullman & Comley.● Personally led the market's largest annual special event, raising revenue to average $350K-$400K each year, increasing total special events revenue to top $750K annually.● Personally executed the state’s largest March for Babies event, bringing the event from $280K to $720K annual revenue.● Built and nurtured trusted relationships to secure $100,000 in individual gifts towards the inaugural major gifts campaign.● Conducted market-wide strategic planning, budgeting, and assessments to ensure staff, board, and volunteers meet & exceed foundation measurements for success.● Integrated diversity and inclusion best practices throughout workforce strategy, talent acquisition, and constituent relationship facilitation.● Worked collaboratively with the foundation’s Maternal and Infant Health Directors, Government Affairs Directors, and Marketing & Communications Leaders to move the March of Dimes mission forward, creating lasting impact. This includes convening new Racial Disparities in Maternal Morbidity and Mortality Conference, successfully bringing together top physicians, health providers & educators, & epidemiologists to improve pregnancy-related health outcomes.
