Developing a highly flexible, creative, and compelling programming for each event-Presents material ideas to the Design Center, works w/ direct supervisor and Associate VP for Enrollment regarding budget for materials. Regularly maintains necessary inventory of materials.-Strategically partners w/ local organizations to coordinate and host group visits on campus including, but not limited to: community-based organizations, youth groups, church leaders, school counselors, etc. Works inter-departmentally and cross-departmentally to identify groups and host them according to their needs and requests.-In coordination w/ the Director of Admissions and Church Relations Office, identifies summer camps to promote the College. Builds and nurtures relationships w/ summer camp leaders to find ways to share Gordon with their campers.-Recruit, hire and train current students who help support events. Maintain excellent program for student workers.-Identifies summer music festivals admissions would benefit from attending, determines contract needs to maximize engagement w/ high school students and influencers. An internship where I assessed current summer youth programs and strategically planned the layout of the upcoming 6-week programs for the summer of 2019. I was a consultant for The Boston Project's first-ever youth creative arts program, Artists in Action (AIA) and partnered with the Director of Leadership Development to create a program that offered teenagers the opportunity to bring social change through their fine arts.
