Own the launch operations process and blog platform for the AWS Marketing organization. I manage two teams, one that coordinates the process for all product launches, and controls live launches at key events and a second that owns the marketing blog platform to raise customer awareness of AWS Services.

Lead an operational team owns the program to conduct recalls and market withdrawals and investigations to identify and remove potentially unsafe products from Amazon's offerings. The team focuses on streamlining and scaling processes and tools to manage large volumes of inputs that feed into this process on a daily basis.

Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) that defines and implements standard processes and supply needs for Amazon's North America Fulfillment Center capital start up projects.Establish and control the change management process for the Operations Engineering division.Work cross functionally to define and document project control, reporting, and implementation standards.Identify and implement cost cutting opportunities through better sourcing and eliminating process stream waste.

Coordinate the build and outfitting to open new warehouses (fulfillment centers). Opened five Amazon buildings including Amazon’s first in Canada scaling in size of up to 1MM square feet.
