As of her retirement, Ms. Kaye managed a team of attorneys handling the legal issues for a global Fortune 500 financial institution for its the securities and financial issues, notably US securities and banking regulations. This included 5 companies covering all aspects of legal compliance, structuring new products, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the infrastructure of broker-dealers, clearing firms, global collateral offerings, global mutual funds, hedge funds, derivatives, and international capital markets. Ms. Kaye also created and structured the company’s first Global Pro Bono Legal effort, winning multiple awards for having expanded the enterprise to 16 countries and 11 cities in under two years.
