• Responsibilities include administrative support to VP & GM Global Corporate Accounts and VP Sales, Global P&G Account, three directors along with supporting an office of 45 employees.• Coordinate HR functions, purchasing, AR and AP, recruiting and interviewing support, new employee on boarding/orientation, corporate systems set up support and training, maintain onsite phone server support, maintain security server.• Co-lead the development of and maintain a health and safety program for employees. Ensure compliance with safety and well being rules are being followed within the office. Create a safety team which meets monthly to train employees. (see safety manual for details)• Build and maintain relationships with external customers, vendors, property management to ensure all office space needs, maintenance, improvements, and vending machines are in working order. Build and maintain a liaison role with other Sonoco communities.• As the face of the office and generally the first point of contact, answer incoming calls, greet guests, assist with preparation of guests, field questions with regard to the area hotels, restaurants, taxi service, etc.• Manage calendars, coordinate conference calls, and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, domestic and international travel, expense reports and other administrative functions as needed.• Coordinate on-site meetings to include AV equipment, WIFI connectivity, catering, pre-meeting setup, post meeting cleanup.• Maintain office supplies, kitchen supplies, review cost and budget as it relates to supplies annually, incoming/outgoing mail, shipping
