Provided program schedule, contractual, financial, and project management in support of funded federal contract effort partnerships between 309th Complex and Davis, Ogden, Weber School Districts, University of Utah, Weber State, BYU, Utah State, and Utah Valley University.Supported, educated, networked, and worked in partnerships with 1,287 schools; 3,735 teachers; and 118,601 students throughout the state of Utah during tenure.Monitored contractual budgets to ensure adherence and re-planning adjustments to related spend plans, and proactively address and mitigate cost-related risk areas of program.Planned, coordinated and executed 51 educational projects consisting of assembling special exhibits, lectures, and mentoring to children in grades K-12.Represented Hill Air Force Base while recruiting high school students to pursue STEM academics and future STEM careers at Hill Air Force Base. Planned and coordinated individualized goals and objectives relating to education, early intervention, and child care for 200 military families with children with special needs.Regularly briefed Senior Leadership, First Sergeants, and military families (up to 175 people per briefing) on 75th Air Base and Air Force level programs, policies, and activities regarding special needs pertaining to the military families.Advisor to the Hill AFB Medical Group Commander (Air Force 0-6) and staff on matters relating to special needs and Hill AFB military members and their dependents.Member of award winning team from the Airman and Family Readiness Center for continued efforts to assist families with special needs through the Exceptional Family Member Program, School Liaison Program and the Family Support 360 Project.
