With over 18 years of work experience, I am a passionate and innovative Rabbi and Director of Hebrew Wizards, a unique and engaging Jewish education program that combines the spirit of summer camp with the concrete learning of traditional Hebrew school. I have a Rabbinical degree from the Jewish Spiritual Leaders Institute, and a deep knowledge of Torah and Jewish culture. I am driven by the mission of creating a fun and inclusive learning environment for Jewish students and families, where they can explore their identity, values, and heritage. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the Jewish community, as I am also a social justice advocate, a volunteer manager, and a founder of the Hebrew Wizards Congregation.As the founder and director of Hebrew Wizards, I have been leading and overseeing the development and delivery of the curriculum, the staff training, the student enrollment, and the community outreach since 2005. I have successfully grown the program from a small group of students to a vibrant and dynamic community of over 100 learners and families, who participate in weekly classes, holiday celebrations, retreats, and social events. I have also established the Hebrew Wizards Congregation, a spiritual home for the Wizards families and a platform for expressing their Jewish values and beliefs. I have leveraged my skills in volunteer management, social justice, and Jewish education to create a meaningful and memorable Jewish experience for everyone.
