Responsible for delivering Software Updates to NAR (North American Region) and International Customers.Responsibilities include:-Define project schedule by working with various cross functional teams on schedule, development planning, build, testing and deployment to the customer.-Prepare and hold Readiness Reviews for deliveries-Works with cross functional global teams on identifying risk areas-Main Contact for any issues found during Customer acceptance testing-Report on project status and work with the First Office Application team to obtain customer acceptance -Identify, escalate and resolution of customer satisfaction issues. This includes corrective plans/process improvements by working with various development and cross functional teams.Currently pursing PMP certification

Customer interface for acceptance and deployment of Software Upgrades for ALU 9281 Packet Switch in CDMA North America and International markets.-Established schedules and contents for each Software Upgrades. This included the building, testing and deployment.-Established Quality Assurance Site test plan-Internal and external contact for any Customer issues with the Software Upgrades.-Team member of developing process improvements from Root cause Analysis reviews from Customer found issues.
