I won Transformation of the Year at the Women in Credit Awards 2021 following the amalgamation and rebranding of three existing businesses of more than two hundred and fifty employees into Financial Wellness Group, setting and embedding a new company mission and vision. More recently I led my team through the challenges of the global pandemic - including a seamless transition to WFH - whilst maintaining the business’s £30m turnover.I have extensive experience of working strategically with senior teams to implement regulation in previously unregulated environments, played a key role in Gregory Pennington’s FCA authorisation journey.I have a breadth of experience including:- P&L responsibility- Customer engagement and retention- Driving additional value through new product innovation and implementation- Leading teams of more than six hundred employees- Organisational development, including operational model analysis and implementation- Implementing operational efficiences including outsourcing, resulting in savings of ~£300k- Mergers and acquisitions: I executed the operational integration of two acquisitions under strict timelines, expanding turnover by 50%. I oversaw the TUPE process for each acquisition, structuring central resource accordingly, resulting in savings of over £360k.- Principle-led continuous improvement, focusing on customer feedback and cost analysis, enabling improvements for both customer and business including the introduction of automation and online servicing.- Operating under multiple regulators including FCA, Insolvency Service, IPA and AiB- Holding the positions of statutory director, SMF3 and CF1 under the FCA Senior Managers and Controlled Functions regimes- I also hold an Institute of Directors certificate in Company Direction and have completed their training in Developing Board Performance.
