To utilize my skills and ability to the fullest extent and challenge myself to grow both professionally and personally. I have experience working in a large customer service center supporting healthcare applications both in a corporate environment and remotely. I have supported an EMR at a rural health center where I also supported hardware, monitored and supported a network, set up routers and switches, worked with VMware, Nutanix, provided education, administered active directory, created SQL database queries to pull information as needed and supported all levels of users for all things information technology related. I am highly organized, work well under pressure and will meet or exceed any goals presented. I enjoy learning new technologies and taking the lead on projects. I have excellent customer service skills and earned several awards at my previous employer. I work well as part of a team and individually.
