I’m a licensed Realtor with 19 years of experience working in all types of real estate transactions, commercial, residential, vacant land, investment properties, and leases, appraisal, title, flood, & closing document retrieval & review.I previously worked in Corporate Employee Relocation, working closely with my clients all across the country and Canada to manage the relocation of their employees. This entailed acting as the project manager of their entire move. Everything from negotiating contracts, the marketing, and sale of their current home, to the search and purchase of their new home, the shipment and delivery of their household goods, and the processing of their relocation benefit package.I have a strong phone and customer service background, excellent interpersonal skills, and have an impeccable attention to detail.
