You know that being empowered means that you feel energised, confident, capable, resilient and able to deal with life with humour. You can tackle anything that life throws at you with efficiency and life has a certain flow to it that fills you with wellbeing. When you meet challenges you can see that there is opportunities in those challenges for growth and learning. You communicate easily and authentically. You feel secure in your choices and decisions and you cane easily do all the hard things.You know that in the absence of feeling empowered that life that is a battle with low emotions which are difficult to get away from, you often feel depleted, things are harder than they need to be and situations or circumstances that you would have laughed off previously now contribute to making you feel vulnerable, stressed or knock your confidence even more. There is likely more conflict than you're comfortable with and unsolicited advice from well meaning friends and family is becoming a hindrance and preventing you from hearing your own voice in the situation. That judgemental voice in your head fills you with doubt and impacts the relationship you have with yourself and those around you.
