Jon is a Transformational Health Specialist highly trained in the art & science of self-healing and the mind-body connection. He specialises in alternative healing paradigms that aid in the prevention and healing of a wide range of symptoms including chronic pain, migraines, chronic fatigue, metabolic and autoimmune disorders.Jon has been in the health industry since 2002. Originally trained in sports injury rehabilitation as a Sports Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. From 2002 to 2012 he specialised in functional movement training, postural realignment and core strengthening as well as a whole range of strength and conditioning protocols and martial arts. The main clients Jon worked with at this time were experiencing chronic pain, diabetes Type I & II, High Blood Pressure, Obesity, and general health complaints, mainly through working in high pressure/high stress environments.Two years after the sudden death of his mother, on 10th July 2000, Jon decided to dedicate his life to helping people with their health and wellbeing. The journey has led him to many important findings and the understanding of how stress, traumatic life experiences, emotions and beliefs become expressed as illness in the body and mind. Using his extensive training and experience, Jon works directly with clients to uncover and resolve the upstream, causal elements of their symptoms in order to assist them through the healing journey. Jon began studying META-Medicine/META-Health in 2008. META-Medicine is an integrative health solution that looks at the intricate connection between the mind, body, and social experience in the creation and healing of illness. Before leaving the META-Health Community, to found Lighthouse Healing Academy, Jon was a licensed META-Health Master Practitioner, Master Trainer, and a member of the Global Advisory Board for the International META-Medicine Association. Since 2008 Jon has studied under Dr John Demartini through The Demartini Institute in understanding Human Behaviour and advanced transformational psychology methods.Since 2006 Jon studied at the Shaolin Temple UK under two 34th Generation Shaolin Monks, Shifu Shi Yan Zi and Shifu Shi Yan Lei. He became an official disciple to Shifu Shi Yan Zi in 2018. Jon achieved a world silver medal in 2009 at the 10th World Wushu Championships in Canada and won the British Sanshou Championships in 2007, 2008, & 2009.

I started JR Coaching in May 2008, working out of high end personal training studios near Liverpool Street and around the city of London. I provided personal training services and taught Shaolin Kung Fu. I offered single, partner and group training and also corporate group training. As well as physical training I also provided NLP life coaching, Metabolic Typing Nutrition Coaching and Sports Massage Therapy.
