I am a recent graduate from the North Carolina Central School of Law and I am currently working with Legal Aid of North Carolina as a domestic violence staff attorney. Before law school, I worked in different law firms doing administrative work and translating. While in law school, I interned with an immigration law firm and also participated in Central's juvenile law clinic.In addition to my legal skills, I am also bilingual and enjoy using my Spanish skills to interpret and connect with others. I am passionate in serving those who might not necessarily have a voice of their own, especially children. For over a decade, I have volunteered in my hometown of Wilmington, North Carolina working with children in schools, festivals, churches, tutoring, and by offering interpreting services. Now that I am an attorney, I am looking for new ways to serve my community!
