Led team of more than 100 professionals across the organization to develop and implement a medical services program. Special Needs Emergency Services Transport Collaborative: Working with Wright State University and county leaders to equip and train the local emergency transport systems to meet the special needs of patients of significant size

Developed class curriculum and instructed courses for associate and undergraduate students

Led multiple interdisciplinary teams in process improvement activities. Teams included the emergency trauma center, revenue cycle process, medical imaging, nursing, pharmacy, rehabilitation, and surgical services.Designated as a Master Change Facilitator for Premier Health Partners. Provided training, mentoring and consultation in operational effectiveness with WorkOutTM and the Change Acceleration Process/CAPTM. Facilitated training for Lean Engineering and Six Sigma.
