From joining Asset Finance Solutions back in 2012, I have worked my way through the ranks, from my initial starting position of Office Admin Junior through to my current position of Broker Manager for the business. This progression has enabled me to perform all aspects of the asset finance job putting me best placed to be a key contact to our franchised broker network. My role of Broker Manager is to actively support and drive the growth of our franchised broker network. My responsibilities include active involvement with our head office on-boarding induction process, providing assistance and guidance to help our new brokers in placing their business and to provide on-going support as and when required to our broker network. Furthermore, my role involves me liaising with our extensive panel of funding partners to ensure funder information is up to date and relevant and answer general and specific enquiries presented from both our brokers and funders. To ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our broker network which is up to date and relevant, I maintain good knowledge of the financial products available, our funders and the processes they work with by continuous placement of my own direct business from new and existing customers.

I work from our Head Office in Blackburn as one of the key in-house sales contacts at Asset Finance Solutions where I act as a liaison between our customers and our panel of funders. My role is to maintain and further develop the relationships we have with our existing customers. In addition I am developing new customer relationships in a range of markets. I also actively respond to incoming sales enquiries, both emails and calls. Through listening to customers and gaining a clear understanding of their business requirements, I am able to provide quotations which in turn lead to completed transactions. My overall objective is to provide our customers with the very best service and experience. It is crucial that our customers aims are always met and as I am the key point of contact for them, my role is pivotal in delivering this.
