In that position, I managed and coordinated schedules, calendars, events, meetings and travel; performed file processing; managed, tracked and processed various tasks using the Task Management Tool; captured and published meeting minutes; followed all procedures to access secure materials and areas; various other tasks and processes as required. My experience includes leading the logistics, oversight and execution of large meetings with high-level U.S. and international customers. I supported programs with weekly customer meetings, presentations, deliverables tracking, and special assignments. I assisted the AWACS Sustainment program with parts tracking.
