Negotiates collateral or loan conditions and conducts site visits.• Reviews loan underwriting including financial statements, business and personal cash flow analysis, collateral analysis and the strengths and weakness that mitigates the approval of each loan; analysis of public policy consideration and compliance with internal credit and program policies. • Reviews financial statements and identifies potential issues. Attends bi-weekly credit meetings and monthly board meetings to discuss issues and respond to questions.• Analyzes detailed invoices, payroll records, processed checks, and credit card and bank statements submitted by applicants when determining the amount of loan proceeds eligible for disbursement and to ensure that funds requested are in DCA guidelines

• Reviewed and made decisions on 2-3 retail loans a day per Bank of America guidelines. Re-scored loans through their automated systems to determine documentation required for each loan.• Reviewed uploaded conditions on daily basis and provided feedback to processor/loan officer so loan can be cleared for closing, or if additional documentation was necessary.• Mentored and assisted processors and Jr. Underwriters.
