• Supervising and implementing inventory practices and procedures to teach safe habits and processes across team members from differing departments who come into contact with warehouse operations.
• Coaching team members on how to operate packing machines and how warehousing procedures are carried out from day-to-day.

• Executing Pickup and Delivery performance targets to further secure the store’s commitment to the postcodes we deliver to.
• Managing an awareness and importance for the online department across the store by instilling a sense of urgency and cooperation when it comes to delivering orders on-time and to a tight deadline.
• Implementation of key initiatives in ensuring online pickers are utilising the correct packing procedures and that products do not get damaged in the Pickup and Delivery process.
• Communicating and engaging with front-end staff, deli, the bakery, and online pickers to align Delivery and Pickup performance targets.
• Ensuring order fulfilment by cross-checking packing totes, bags, and trolleys.

• Ensuring all online orders are fulfilled within specific timeframes.
