Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic method of healing that has been in use since ancient times to bring the body, mind and soul to harmonious level. This therapy is purifying and rejuvenating treatments not only eliminates harmful AMA toxins, but also relieves mental exhaustion and a host of other disorders. Shirodhara is derived from two of the Sanskrit words: Shiru meaning head and Dhara implies pouring or sprinkling; ripping or pouring of warm Herbal Ayurvedic Oil onto the forehead in a continuous steam that is from a specific height and for a specific period of time allowing the oil to run through to the scalp.
