Notable projects secured include, a detailed pre-development study of a 700-acre site located on the east coast of Spain and a presentation consisting of a large 40' scale lit model and power point presentation to the President of Valencia and the Foundation of Arts, a public/private joint venture development; DreamWorks skg's proposed 47-acres Headquarters and Studio Campus at Playa Vista, providing intensive site due diligence, financial pro forma assistance, identification and procurement of diverse team of over 30 multi-disciplined professional, management and direction of the conceptual and schematic master plan phases ensuring that DreamWorks skg's objectives and high standard of quality were achieved, and client relations; team leadership and management of services for the development of a 15-acre, 305,000 SF New York Studios in the Historic Brooklyn Navy Yard, New York, now called Steiner Studios, the first full service, state-of-art studio facility outside Hollywood.

Recruited by this construction management firm to develop and manage the entertainment, retail and studio project base in their Los Angeles office. Immediately secured projects with DreamWorks skg in Los Angeles and then with DreamWorks skg in New York. Developed an entertainment base of clients for the firm.

Member of the MCAD(Development) team responsible for the development of the mixed-use project that had no previous history in Los Angeles - combing entertainment, retail, education, office, art museum and parking while simultaneously linking Universal's Movie Theater Plaza, Universal's Studio Tour and Universal's Amphitheater and Plaza. Responsible for complete development, project and construction management services associated with the 400,000 SF mixed-use Universal CityWalk Phase 1 and 1A. Additionally served as MCAD's liaison to new ownership, Matsushita (Panasonic), working with industry legends Steven Spielberg and Sid Sheinberg and three divisions of Matshushita to create Panasonic Pavilion, attending joint Matshushita/MCAD/Universal functions in Los Angeles and traveling several times to Japan for project presentations.

Responsible for development management activities within the firm, working closely with the firm's principal, to renovate and rehabilitate several of Los Angeles' most venerated landmark's: the nationally designated Bradbury Building; and the City designated historical Grand Central Market Building, along with the Lyon and Homer Laughlin Buildings and the Million Dollar Building as part of the Grand Central Square Master Plan. Established in-house protocol to ensure compliance with governmental and partnership regulatory controls and addressed federal, state and local governmental agency requirements including the California Division of State Architect's Office and the National Park Service in order to obtain historical tax credits.
