I have a background in politics the voluntary sector,policy, public relations matters,strategy planning,Board experience, Rural Affairs, the environment, also campaigning and research. I currently let my holiday cottage, help on the farm feeding calves in the beef unit, and do all general admin for the farm.My previous role on a National Executive Board, involved strategy planning, research for policy discussion, policy consultation matters, event planning for National meetings, events and organizing day to day running. I liaised with members, organisations, professional experts, Parliamentary Party and The Conservative Party and Defra and arranged discussion and debate on current policy issues. I also dealt with communications, and a diverse range of topics. I have property interests knowledge of the voluntary sector,and various committees. I have a track record of helping others with positive outcomes.I have campaigned for legislation against forced marriage,and attended Women in Public Policy meetings and other National organisation meetings in London. I have a background in agriculture and take part in consultation meetings regarding agricultural matters and rural affairs when time allows otherwise I enjoy running our farming business and helping others when I can.
