With over 20 years of experience in Global Benefits I have deep expertise building programs which support employees and enhance their connection to the organization's vision and strategy. I have lead high performing global teams at multiple companies with a range of business objectives and under a variety financial models/constraints. I build strong relationships with my internal stakeholders and maintain vital connections to the benefits community to ensure I stay in tune with the evolving competitive marketplace within the technology industry.Most recently, as the Executive Director of Global Benefits and Mobility at Lenovo, my tenure was marked by establishing a clear mission and vision for the benefits and mobility functions, redefining the program delivery models leveraging both technology and strong vendor partnerships, and building strong center of excellence (COE) team capabilities.As the HR Executive co-leading Lenovo's global COVID response team I guided my team in delivering a robust offering of well-being programs during some of the most difficult months for our employees and their loved ones. It is some of the work I am most proud of leading during my career.Strategic vision paired with a hands-on approach enabled my team to effectively manage programs for over 60,000 employees across more than 60 countries, ensuring alignment with our company's cultural values and feedback from our employee, while managing costs. My strong analytical focus allowed us to enhance program design, eliminating underperforming or undervalued offerings while strengthening overall financial management and reporting capabilities supporting Lenovo's evolving business needs.
