Lead resource for the Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention’s (DAJD) effort to optimize the management and storage of department wide forms by leveraging my ability to analyze the macro and micro impacts of the current and future ways of working on premises and in the cloud. Implemented several department wide technical solutions such as NEOGOV PowerPolicy SaaS, DocuSign, Adobe Reader fillable forms and the Department’s intranet Forms page. Collaborating with all divisions to improve business processes dedicated to providing services to our community and employees. Further recruited to convert manual business processing of driven department wide Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and Background Investigation Questionnaire (BIQ) to cloud based DocuSign platform that reduced processing time by 85% while protecting PII. Achieved 100% adoption by leveraging a variety of training techniques and consistent follow up and adjustment to business process and platform configuration.

Recruited to the Office of Labor Relations, King County Executive on short term, to optimize Teams and SharePoint that cloud thus reducing their footprint in the network file servers, establish records management governance and business workflow, and streamline County contract negotiations by leveraging O365 technologies and business process improvement. Responsible for drafting the division’s annual enterprise planning and assessing their level of maturity along the road.

Managed the Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention’s (DAJD) migration from legacy and on premises systems to Office 365 and OneDrive. Designed, built, and launched work group level Teams and SharePoint sites based on each unique Department, State or Federal data requirement and improved many business processes. Led software implementations that moved the storage of video evidence from individual desktop or network drive to the cloud as a cost savings measure for the department.

Recruited to lead several enterprise-wide initiatives that required strong customer focused coordination and collaboration that successfully addressed many conflicting inter-departmental priorities and guided each customer to meet Agency long-term strategic goals. Led cross-functional team through the replacement of the Agency wide all staff intranet that included establishing governance policies and procedures, managing the procurement process from end-to-end, vendor on boarding, and the new platform delivery/ migration road map. Led technology team through the data integration that will support the enterprise wide financial / accounting SaaS that provides analysis and reporting to the Agency. Managed vendor that delivered enhancements to an existing budgeting, forecast, and reporting on-premises software application.

Managed the county-wide office and workspace consolidation program that affected over 1000 staff. Duties included coordinating external vendors with cross-functional teams, developing integrated, streamlined project plans, monitoring progress utilizing a variety of tools and communication channels, employing tools such as MS Teams, PPMPro, and Azure DevOps that provided the foundation of the seamless transition of staff into their new workspace.

Managed the Application Services Department Portfolio of technology initiatives / projects that included system upgrades, application enhancements, and new SaaS implementations. Responsible for leading the efforts for all Agency departments to receive training and time to transition to the new CRM platform. Results included an increase in overall system stability by 75% and business user production by an average of 50%. Leveraged Agile / Scrum and waterfall project methodologies with emphasis on risk and issue management and used a variety of tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure Dev/Ops, and MS Office suite 2016 to meet project deliverables.· Improvements for Agency included: CRM SaaS implementation, training materials development and delivery, strong end user buy in and use of new tools; implementation of Budget management SaaS which was delivered in 4 months; Enterprise technical infrastructure migration to the MS Azure cloud; upgrade to network fiber, end-of-life main SAN upgrade to name a few.· Implementation and deployment of Data mart on premise and cloud migration once deployed; Disaster Recovery Planning software and Configuration Management / Asset Database (CMDB); application software data source conversion

Led the diverse project team of six that overhauled the company’s client employee health and retirement benefit website. From look and feel to the backend SQL database, upgrade including system change management processes. · Business requirements management, procurement and management of vendors and cross functional team members through development, planning, execution and closure of upgrade to external client facing website and backend support that streamlined function, eased user flow, and provided robust data storage and mining.

Engaged to lead project that enhanced systems and processes in support of 787 per plane certification process, including procurement of a data monitoring and alerting system, politically sensitive negotiations at the highest level of the Program.
