Assist sales personnel with order entry, data collection for turnarounds, spreadsheets for projects/turnarounds, filing; A/R collections for 2 sales teams, answer phones, greet customers, invoice entry into customer websites, inter-office mail, time clock entry, scheduling, organizing. I was responsible for contract administration of construction contracts on military bases. I did everything from running the office to working with subcontractors. In addition to general office work, I entered accounting information into company portals, invoiced the government through Wide Area Workflow, provided project updates to the government on a weekly basis, scheduled site visits and subcontractors, reviewed certified payrolls, and much more.
